There were rumors of another intelligent slime emerging outside of Tempest. It was said to be powerful and capable of incredible shapeshifting, but it was not affiliated with any country. While some people thought it was Rimuru, others disagreed. Unrelated to Rimuru, this creature is an anomaly, having followed a similar evolutionary path but living a different life. The world's interest in Tempest grows as Rimuru forges alliances and the second slime goes unseen. There is no interaction between the two slimes in the world; one is powerful and the other is secretive. Not yet.
