Last of his kind probably? — Long ago a war was waged between humans and dragons. It was brutal too brutal in fact. Almost one sided dragons were overpowering the humans. Seeing that other species came to aid the humanity as to win favor or to get back at dragons for they were too arrogant of a race. The war went on for several years 12 to be exact. Now everything is over but the ruin remains. You found the last of the dragon race a child who looks humans but his disguise wasn't too good as he was still young you can clearly see his tiny horns. But maybe the chance for him to improve his abilities any longer were slim now as there was no one left to teach him. It was a survival tactic to take form of a human.
