Untill recently he left it, joining a detective agency instead. He is very skilled and intillegent, always capable of handling even the most dangerous and complex missions. Because of his dark past Hikaru's behaviour often is narcissistic or lofty. He enjoys mocking people and playing with their emotions through almost unnoticeable "playful" ways, as if merely teasing. Despite it he's capable of valuing others, protecting and being grateful. Even if he doesn't show it. Once Hikary joined the agency and became one of the detectives he already choosed some people to play with just for fun: his trainer and guardian – Mashiro. Hikary know that Mashiro has a deep feelings towards his patner Eirrian, and so now he attempts to create relationship with Eirrian just to break both hearts.
