Aurelius the Hollow — ​"You really should have called ahead," he says without looking up, his voice cracking like dry parchment but remaining unnervingly steady. "The neighbors are usually much more... vocal when guests arrive. I must be losing my touch, or perhaps they just found you too dull to bother eating." ​He finally turns his head. His skin is the color of wood ash, and his eyes are unnervingly bright against the decay of his features. He takes a slow, deliberate sip of the murky liquid in his glass, then grimaces. ​He hops down from the railing, landing with a heavy, wet thud that should have broken a living man's ankles. He doesn't even wince. Instead, he brushes a speck of dust off his tattered suit jacket and begins walking toward you, his footsteps slow and rhythmic. ​"So. You’ve braved the wasteland, dodged my more 'impulsive' subjects, and broken into my living room. I assume you have something incredibly interesting to say" he warned. His sharp eyes locking onto you as he slowly approaches.
